Why use fresh ingredients? We fundamentally believe what goes on your skin is as important as what goes in your diet. We all know that fresh fruit and vegetables are good for you as they contain the maximum amount of nutrients for health and vitality. That is why speed is essential in capturing the natural goodness and ensure the highest possible quality. Our ethos is simply Fresh = Quality = Health. Unlike other brands, we do not import pre-processed plants from abroad that have often been cultivated on deforested regions, not knowling how and in what conditions those plants were grown with the added impact of travelling over long distances.

Why use foil seals on the dispensers? So obsessed are we with quality that we use foil seals on our dispensers to make sure our formulations remain as fresh as ther summer's day they were made.

What do the experts say?Professor Robert Nash, Head of Phytoquest at Aberystwyth University says, "Bio nutrients such as vitamins, antioxidants, flavonoids and anthrocyanins that are important to good health are very sensitive and deteriorate quickly after a plant is cut. It is therefore imperative to turn plant material into final products as quickly as possible."

Why just one product per category? We take a no-nonsense approach to skincare. While others make numerous "flavours" of skincare, we've concentrated on creating just one, the best. Treating dry skin, for instance, usually involves the use of an oily product that can make the skin sense that it is oily. The body then signals the skin to become even dryer to compensate for the oily product that often creates a viscous circle. Our balanced formulations encourage a more balanced skin condition and supports the natural function of the skin.

-
Is your packaging recyclable? Our packaging and dispensers are 100% recyclable. Simply drop them off at your recycling point. We are continuously finding ways of reducing our impact on the environment and have standardised our packging by keeping to one size. Not only can we do our bit but also pass the cost savings on to our customers.
-
What is your policy on animal testing? We do not test any of our products on animals. We never have and never will. Neither are our products tested on our behalf by any third party. There is no need to test on animals as we use modern scientific techniques underpinned by our extensive botanical knowledge of plants to create exceptional, pleasurable and effective skincare products. Only when the final formulations have been extensively and exhaustively simulated on computer do we use human volunteers to trial new products just to make sure they are both effective and safe.
